WITH INTEGRATED HANGING SYSTEMS
7 stainless steel rings
- Use the mooring strap to attach to a point close to the pool (at a distance of 1.50 m from the edge) or to waterline floats.
- Link several aquaboards together (1m apart)
- Attach a net bag with a snap hook to keep your accessories close at hand
- Insert an elastic band or a stretching band (specifically in the ring between 2 handles) to practise sheathing exercises or rowing movements.
7 comfort fabric handles
- 4 handles to support your feet or hands depending on your activity. For example, when you're working out to gain stability with your hands hooked on the handles at the front. Or fixing your feet at the back during a stretching session in an inverted plank posture with your chest up.
- 2 handles on the sides for lifting or catching your aquaboard in the water
- 1 carrying handle in the centre and on the back of the aquaboard (relaxation version)
HOW TO USE LOVEE AQUABOARD
Warm-ups
To start the session, sit on the aquaboard, turn your head slowly to the right and left, make small movements with your wrists and turn your elbows in the palm of your hand. Raise your arms, place your hands on the back of your neck and slowly lean forward to lengthen your back. You're ready to get started!
Stretching
To finish the session, lie down on the aquaboard, arms open in a cross, legs bent, and slowly rock your lower body to the right and left. Then move into cat pose, making small movements from round back to hollow back, and sit back on your heels with your arms outstretched, trying to extend your arms as far as possible in front of you.
Pilates
You can do various pilates exercises on the Aquaboard. For example, lie down and gently bring your hands and feet up together at the same time to give your abs a deep workout.
Yoga
Yoga is an ideal activity to practise on the Aquaboard Lovee. Get into a side plank position and change sides several times. Balancing on the water adds to the benefits of the exercise.

Meditation
Use your breathing to relax. Sit cross-legged or lie down completely. Relax with the movement of the water and enter into meditation on the Lovee Aquaboard.
