For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, your order will automatically be invoiced inclusive of all taxes (VAT of 7.7% in Switzerland and 20% in the United Kingdom). Customs duties are paid by Verycook. You will not have to pay any charges after delivery of your order.
How does home delivery work?
Delivery is from Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Our delivery partner GLS Express will contact you by email to let you know that they have received the parcel. Once delivery has been scheduled, GLS will contact you by text message on the day of delivery and the driver will call you to let you know when he has arrived. Your parcel will be delivered to you personally against a signature.
If you are absent, GLS can offer to leave the parcel with one of your relatives (if they can take charge of your parcel), or drop it off at the nearest Mondial Relay Point. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel. In all cases, if your parcel cannot be delivered directly to you, GLS will leave a delivery notice containing essential information for organising a new delivery.

Delivery costs for your order
Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight and items in your order. We calculate the shipping costs with the best possible value for your order.
For countries outside the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, your order will automatically be invoiced excluding French taxes if you pay in euros (20% VAT deducted). Local taxes and dock dues will be collected by the carrier once the parcel has been processed by customs. It is your responsibility to pay these.
